Dear Customer Service,  I have been using AquaSmarter for over 2 years and have experienced wonderful results in our pool.  The water feel silky, it's easier to use than when we were using all those chemicals and we don't feel the water burning our eyes as it did when we were using chemicals.  Before using your product, we were using 4 trichlor Capsules in our 20,000-gallon pool every 4 days and now we use less than 1 Capsule in the same time period.  Most of the time we forget to put another Capsule in the skimmer because the water remains crystal clear and blue.  My wife and I and our 3 children absolutely love your system and have told everyone we know about AquaSmarter .  To compare your system to when we use to use chemicals is like comparing our automobile for when we use to use Gasoline.  We're have since converted our car to use 'Propane Gas' and like AquaSmarter , we are saving a lot of money.  Thank you AquaSmarter , Robert

We have used AquaSmarter in our hot tub ( Jacuzzi ) for the past 12 months and have found it to be a fantastic product. Previously we had been using the recommended amount of chlorine but found that it irritated our skin and the smell sometimes was unpleasant. With AquaSmarter we only need a small amount of chlorine, no other chemicals, and the tub is crystal clear. The best aspect of the product for me is that it's maintenance free, put it in and forget it (for a year anyway).  I'm sure that everybody, once they've used it would prefer to use AquaSmarter rather than continue with chemicals.  Thank you, Garrie McKinnon

Dear Carmen:  This is my third year using AquaSmarter and have always had trouble with the pool. This year you sent a unit for the next size larger pool and didn't charge me extra for it. Since I had two units to place I decided to put the smaller one in my hopper where I had always placed it and since I have a paper filter I put the other one in the bottom of the filter unit and the water has been beautiful. We just had the hurricane blow on through and had no electricity for two days, so I took the units out and rigged them up to float in the water, never had any growth just a lot of dirt from the storm which finally was cleaned up last night.  Thanks,  Dave
